BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for onboarding new alliance partners and providing operational support for potential alliance members during the sales cycle. You will be responsible for: Supporting business development teams to expand network alliance relationships Leading the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements Assisting with contract negotiation and due diligence Onboarding new network alliance relationships to the network Managing and coordinating certification, ensuring that alliance partners are in compliance with operating rules and regulations Providing support to network alliance partners, researching complex situations and providing support with operations Researching complex situations during project launch, troubleshooting issues and supporting participants with operations for project launch KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES and PROFICIENCY LEVELS you will possess: Demonstrated cross functional knowledge of the Payment Network Industry focusing on operations and relationship management Experience of international payment network systems, technical and operational knowledge in authorization, clearing/settlement, and dispute process will be strongly desirable. Experience in EMV/ chip card processing from either issuer or acquirer perspective is considered a plus Strong project management skills with experience managing multi-faceted project throughout the entire project life cycle. Demonstrated skills in leading a group of people towards meeting a common project milestone/goal across multiple projects Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work & lead teams independently with little direct supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills) with all levels of internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyze existing processes and identify ways to automate and streamline them We are a company that promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
