My client is a global fintech where everyone works fully remotely from more than 50 countries around the world. As part of their dynamic growth plans, they are seeking an energetic team player to join their Payment Operations team This full-time position is remote, meaning you can work from anywhere!
As Payment Operations Analyst your activities will consist of:
● Timely execution of payment instructions within the control framework
● Adequate follow-up on payment related inquiries from the various stakeholders
● Exception handling and repair of failed payments
● Managing card disputes and chargebacks from customers
● Retrieval of balance and statements information
● Periodic reporting
● Performing analysis on Payment Operations’ business metrics
● Provide support to Payment Operations management
Skills you will have for this role include:
● Either experience of or a willingness to work in a Payments / Fintech environment
● Effective communicator, having a proficient level of English
● Self-starter, capable of working independently
● Strong team player
● Strong attention to detail
