Our client is a fully remote global fintech. With massive plans for growth, they are seeking a Performance and Reward Specialist
Job scope
As Performance and Reward specialist you will report into the Chief People Officer, you will own and manage performance management, compensation, recognition and reward. You will lead on all compensation activities including salary benchmarking and implementing annual and off-cycle salary increase processes. You will lead on people analytics, and provide relevant dashboards and reports.  
Day to day you will

  • Perform salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness across the market and there is internal equity in order to attract and retain the best talent
  • Provide insight and data to inform management decisions
  • Work with the broader HR team to implement recognition and engagement  programmes
  • Manage job evaluations
  • Lead the performance management management process
  • Drive consistency of reward by role and performance 

Skills you bring:  

  • Benchmarking and market analysis
  • Contemporary approaches to performance management
  • Incentive and LTIP design and management including share options
  • Experience of synthetic equity programmes would be highly desirable
  • Enjoy a challenge and are comfortable with change
  • Resilient, positive and calm
  • Great eye for detail, accuracy and quality
  • A flexible team player with a high level of initiative, happy to ‘have a go’ at anything
