Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support and challenge delivery across two high-profile initiatives which cover:

  • Transforming Sales

You will operate as a confident programme professional, capable of supporting effective communication lines up to senior stakeholders, driving standards, and improving delivery discipline across complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support programme and project governance across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare, support the smooth running of, and facilitate challenge across Programme Board and Steering Committee meetings, ensuring clarity on risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Own and maintain programme artefacts including plans, RAID logs, financials, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Act as a bridge between delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and governance forums
  • Track delivery against milestones, sprints, and business outcomes
  • Support the identification of delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation, not just escalation
  • Support agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment between Scrum delivery and programme-level reporting
  • Ensure consistent use of PMO standards, tooling, and best practices across both programmes

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience working in a PMO Analyst or Programme Management role within complex change environments
  • Demonstrable experience running, challenging, and influencing Programme Board meetings
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including:
    • Scrum
    • Sprint planning and tracking
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for delivery and reporting
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in environments with senior, demanding stakeholders

Mindset & Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, delivery-focused mindset — sees issues early and acts
  • Is a strong team player, and acts with positivity
  • Able to expertly manage and transition across multiple programmes and their activities and deadlines as required
  • Confident challenger with the credibility to push back constructively
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in fast-moving transformation programmes
  • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of delivery impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on sales transformation initiatives
  • Experience with data governance or data retention programmes
  • Background in both Agile and traditional programme environments

Why This Role

  • High-visibility programmes with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Genuine opportunity to influence delivery outcomes
  • Clear Outside IR35 determination
  • Fast-paced, outcome-driven environment suited to experienced contractors
