PRODUCT MANAGER – RECONCILIATION AND SETTLEMENT

1 day week in the London office and occasional global travel

Our client provides a cutting edge payment solution whose operation pivots on their  ability to collect and settle money globally. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing  technology and workflows to meet the increasingly complex requirements for receiving funds quickly, frequently, and seamlessly.

 

Working closely  with the engineering team and serving under the direction of both the Chief Product Officer and Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee a number of key technologies used for managing the company’s settlement, treasury and reporting needs. You will  collaborate with the Finance Settlement group  to co-design processes and tools that enable operational performance needed to power the next phase of growth. You will  need to work with Finance Accounting to ensure they can satisfy their compliance requirements and meet audit expectations.

Experience and skills required to do the job

  • Experience in reconciliation  /  settlement / treasury
  • Proven track record of designing large, cross-functional systems and processes, and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Experience in requirements engineering and writing technical specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • A drive to improve processes and ability to identify inefficiencies
