Our client is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to be responsible for the development, growth and retention of an assigned portfolio of clients.   You will have payments industry knowledge and experience. You will be able to influence all stakeholders and manage accounts of all sizes driven to grow revenue within existing relationships.  You will have experience of working with gambling and gaming merchants.

Day to day you will :

  • Grow and retain a base of clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Maintain a high level of market and competitive intelligence,
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Support the wider sales team

Ideall you will possess

  • a strong sales background as well as working alongside partners and managing relationships, ideally in gambling and gaming verticals
  • Payments industry experience ideally in the acquiring space
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience of upselling
  • Ability  to self-manage your workload and prioritise alongside business needs
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
