Sales Manager - Embedded Finance

Our client provides embedded finance solutions and are hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales growth

As such, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to work with the Chief Commercial Officer. You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of selling cutting edge payment solutions ( including embedded finance ) in a high-growth environment ( minimum 3 years )

 

You will generate net new business, orchestrating the entire sales process and act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Day to day you will :

  • Identify prospects and grow a healthy pipeline across various verticals
  • Sell payment solutions and services through outbound techniques
  • Help prospective clients with queries and handle detailed questions about product capabilities, selling consultatively, positioning yourself as an industry expert
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients
  • Share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
  • Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess :

 

  • Embedded finance knowledge
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Self motivated and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs
