Sales Manager - Payments Business Development
Location: London & flexible working / WFH
Our client is an exciting high-growth player in the payments sector, currently hiring for Sales managers to help achieve challenging sales and growth targets. This is a hands on sales/business development position, so you will need to be a confident sales person in the sector, with a track record of success related to card acquiring / online acceptance deals.
The role will involve:
- You will create a target list of relevant companies, and manage your activities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities within customer accounts
- Meet with customers & target/prospect customers regularly, building up a picture of their requirements & selling consultatively
- Convert prospects to customers and ensure they are on-boarded correctly, working closely with internal teams
- Present & evangelise to prospects & build long term, collaborative networks in the sector
About you:
- You're a highly motivated & hungry sales professional, driven by personal & customer success
- You ideally have payments sales experience (PSP/Acquiring)
- Have a consultative sales technique with the ability to close new logo business
- Confident, intelligent and motivated to develop within a high-pace, high growth payments brand
