An innovative provider of financial technology that helps make business payments simple, smart and secure are recruiting for a Sales Manager. This role is part of the Financial Messaging sales team reporting to the Director of Sales.
This team sell to the entire Financial Services market including corporates, banks and non-bank financial institutions (asset managers, insurers, brokers etc.) offering payments, collections, connectivity, cash management or reconciliations.

Essential Skills and Knowledge Required
• Proven experience selling six, seven figure SaaS solutions
• Proven experience dealing with C level technical and business buyers – Banks, FI’s or Multi-National Corporations.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and sales / marketing campaigns
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within FM Sales Plan
• Coordinate sales effort with team members, presales, telemarketing, marketing and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
