Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who has worked closely within a Marketing function to join their team. You must be able to work autonomously and be instrumental in enhancing the Data Platform, evolving the proprietary Data Platform SDK, automated data governance and quality frameworks, and leading innovative projects for data-driven decision-making.

You must be able to  work autonomously, with an inner drive for problem solving and possess a growth mindset

To be successful in this role, you will need to provide evidence of :

o   Exposure within Marketing/Customer Growth

o   Advanced SQL skills (including Big Query)

o   Strong Python skills, with Python for Data Analysis libraries  (Pandas, Numpy etc would be valued )

o   Knowledge of visualisation tools: Looker / other

o   Ownership with the ability to look at the problem through business goals and finding  solutions aligned with these  

Day to day you will :

o   Assist growth by providing data for marketing activities, including analyzing data and providing solutions that enhance/improve the attribution

o   Helping Marketing  function understand customer profiles and behaviours; translating these into marketing campaigns to maximise ROI

o   Identify best customer sources and recognize customer journey

o   Design  A/B tests

o   Measure and interpret results, including finding potential pitfalls

o   Perform behaviour and demographics analysis including define and manage metrics

o   Profiles Storytelling for internal communication

o   Communicate with stakeholders as Data SME to identify challenges/problems and present possible solutions
