Performance Marketing specialist. You  will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition. You will be an expert in digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and possess an ability to manage budgets effectively.

You will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement across key platforms
• Manage relationships with digital agencies, optimising ROI
• Lead campaign management, targeting, and optimisation for peak performance
• Analyse data to inform strategic adjustments and report on marketing performance
• Manage marketing budgets to achieve campaign goals
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in digital and performance marketing
• Fintech /  financial services experience valued
• Demonstrable success in campaign management and growth through strategic marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing metrics and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with strong of teamwork
