From everyday payments to multi-currency accounts and cash management, you’ll turn customer needs into secure, reliable and intuitive financial products.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance and Risk to deliver scalable products that meet applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Manage relationships with banking-as-a-service partners, card issuers and open banking providers, monitoring service quality and product fit.

  • Lead feature launches with commercial, marketing and country teams.

  • Track product performance, resolve customer pain points and communicate priorities, progress and risks to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • At least five years’ product management experience within fintech, business banking, payments or financial services.

  • A track record of delivering regulated financial products, such as business current accounts, savings, onboarding/KYB journeys or payment rails.

  • A strong understanding of SME cash flow, settlements, deposits and money movement.

  • Knowledge of relevant UK and EU regulatory requirements, including safeguarding, deposit products, interest accrual and payments operations.
