Our client operates a pan – European payment platform maximising payment acceptance for their clients through a combination of cutting edge technology and constant innovation.

The Product Manager, Client Journey role is key within the Product Strategy team. As Product Manager you will own the full lifecycle of your product areas, from inception, through delivery and customer feedback. You will understand the strategic direction of the company and know how to translate that into a product roadmap in your product area. You will understand the internal and external stakeholders and their needs and how to address these needs.
You will measure the performance of your products and know how to iterate to improve the business outcomes.
Day to day you will be :
·. Developing strategy, setting the requirements, designing the look and feel and defining the journey for partners and merchants
·Working closely with internal teams including Onboarding, Risk and Compliance to automate key business processes
·Managing relationships with strategic partners who provide SaaS platforms
·Responsible tor design of UI/UX for merchant and partner boarding
·Guided by the company strategy, you will build your product’s roadmap for Boarding
·You will work backwards from the customer needs to understand what new features and products need to be built
·You will manage your product as if it were a profit and loss unit
·You will work with stakeholders to support the customer experience
·Iterate on the customer journey to ensure it is smooth and delight the customers whilst also meeting internal requirements
·Build a business case to justify the products you plan to add to your roadmap
·Prioritise the products and features according to the business value they bring
·Work closely with internal stakeholders including business analysts and engineering
To be successful in this role, you will possess :
·A strong track record in B2B product management
·Strong payments industry experience
·Experience in an agile and fast paced environment
·Evidence of working on user journeys and application processes and a strong understanding of what a great user experience looks like and what a great user interface looks like
·Evidence of having led product development where some internal operational processes required automation, managed the stakeholders and delivered a great internal user experience
·Knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML in Payments, Financial Services or Fintech
·Experience in vendor selection/management/project delivery
·Merchant onboarding experience is a plus
·API experience is a plus, specifically understand API specs
